He helps his subordinates in setting up realistic career goals that would help him as well as the organization in the long run. He would provide the employee with all the necessary information and operating instructions that are necessary for him to know, in order to perform his tasks more efficiently.A good supervisor evaluates his subordinates in an open and transparent manner. He is apt at giving frequent feedback but of constructive temper that is intended to boost the employees morale and help him develop.
